3) Don’t worry about yourself.

Just do it!

4) Find a good coach or trainer.

They will make sure you are doing the right things.

5) If you have any injuries, just keep working through them until they go away completely (or at least not bother you anymore).

6) When you feel ready, start lifting again.

The first thing I want to point out is that if you are injured, don’t let it stop you from getting back into training. There are many ways to deal with injury. Some people choose to ignore their pain and continue training despite being hurt.

Others decide that they must train harder than ever before in order to overcome the pain and get better faster. Still others decide that they need to take time off from training altogether. Whatever the case may be, there is no reason why you shouldn’t try to get back into training when you feel like it.

Another thing I want to mention is that you really don’t need a whole lot of money to become fit and healthy. In fact, I would argue that most people could afford to buy some sort of gym membership and still maintain their health and fitness goals. You don’t need to spend a lot of money on special clothing in order to be healthy and fit.

You don’t need to go out to eat at fancy restaurants or buy expensive supplements. If you are dedicated, you can achieve your goals for far less than you might imagine.

I know what it’s like to be injured and I also know what it’s like to struggle with getting back into training after an injury or illness.
