BoxLife Competitor’s Training #206: SugarWod Comptrain

The SugarWod Comptrain is one of the most popular CrossFit programs. It was created by a man named Matt Fitzgerald.

He has been running it since 2012 and he still continues to improve it with each new version. His latest version is called “SugarWod” which stands for Sustained Weighted Exercise or Weightlifting. It consists of three different workouts. Each workout lasts for at least two hours and they are very intense.

Each week there is a specific weight lifting routine that will be performed every day during the month of February. The routines consist of exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, rows, pushups and pull ups.

There are also some cardio exercises like walking lunges and jumping jacks.

During these workouts, the participants will lift weights for 20 minutes, then rest for 10 minutes and repeat the cycle until all of their allotted time is up. After completing this program, participants have to complete a series of tests to determine how much progress they made in their fitness levels.

The test results are posted online so other members can see what level your fitness is at. You may want to take advantage of this opportunity if you feel like you’re not progressing as fast as others do.

Some people believe that the SugarWod programs are a bit too hardcore and not safe for older adults and beginners. Others love it though because it helps them achieve their fitness goals with a much higher success rate than other CrossFit routines.

The fitness world is a huge industry with a never-ending supply of products aimed at the every person who is interested in getting in shape or staying in shape. In fact, the creators of this method have managed to trademark the name crossfit and have used it to set up a chain of gyms where professional athletes and even military personnel go to train.

So what is crossfit exactly and does it work?

Crossfit is a training program that uses a wide variety of different exercises in order to prepare the body for almost any physical challenge that it might face. The theory behind crossfit is that there are several different kinds of stress that can be placed on the body such as speed, endurance, strength, coordination and balance. Most training routines will focus on just one of these areas and even then, they will concentrate on just one aspect of that area.

So for example if you are an athlete who needs to run fast, you would do lots of sprinting.

But what about lifting heavy objects?

You might not do any weight training at all since your running speed is the most important aspect for your sport, so you sprint and neglect other areas. This is a common approach even among professional athletes. A basketball player might do lots of sprint training and pay little attention to their upper body strength or their ability to change direction quickly.

Crossfit is different in that it aims to create a broad base of fitness across all the above areas and more, including weightlifting, plyometrics, endurance running, rowing, cycling and various agility drills. Crossfit has been accused of being a “fad” in the media because of its rapid growth in recent years, but it’s hardly a fad when it’s been around since the 90’s and has served as the training program of choice for several elite military units including Navy Seals.

Does crossfit work?

The proof is in the millions of dollars that the US government has provided to its research and in the endorsement of several professional sports teams. The fact is that if you’re looking for a quick fix or an easy way to get in shape, then crossfit probably isn’t for you. This method is challenging and pushes your body to its limits. But if you’re willing to put in the time and effort, then this method will certainly work for you.
