CrossFit Hipster Flow: 4 Hip Opening Poses

The following are some of the poses that you can do during your CrossFit workout. You may choose any pose that suits your fitness level and goals.

Some of these poses will make you feel like a superhero while others might just cause you to go into a deep slump. All of them have been chosen because they are easy to perform and they all require minimal equipment or no equipment at all!

1. The Warrior I Pose (WIP)

2. The Warrior II Pose (WIP)

3. The Plank Pose (WIP)

4. The One Arm Bridge Pose (WIP)

5. The Bent Over Row Pose (WIP)

6. The Kegel Exercises Pose (Pose 1)

7. The Kegel Exercises Pose (Pose 2)

8. The Handstand Push Up Pose (WIP)

9. The Cobra Crunch Pose (WIP)

10. The Side Bend Pose (WIP)

12. Standing Calf Raise with Hands Behind Back (Pose 1)

Doing the above poses in any order that you want, 3 times a day is going to keep your hip and ankle mobility up.
