The first thing you need to do when starting a new program is to make sure your diet is in order. You will want to start off with some basic foods such as protein shakes, nuts, fruits and vegetables before moving onto more complex ones like meat or fish.

If you are looking for a quick way out of the house then go ahead and get yourself into a gym environment immediately! However if you have any sort of health concerns then it might not be best to start there.

You will probably want to keep up with what is going on in the world around you. For example, if you live in a country where war is raging, then maybe it would be wise to stay away from combat areas until things calm down.

Similarly, if you are interested in politics or religion then perhaps staying away from those places too.

As far as exercise goes, it really depends on how much time you have available. You could spend all day at the gym doing cardio and weights, or you could take a different approach and just walk around town.

Either way, the point is to get active and move around.

If you feel like you don’t have enough energy to do anything else then maybe it’s time to change something up. Maybe you should try yoga or meditation classes or even join a running club!

The important thing is to stay active and keep moving.

It seems like the world has gone crazy with all of the violence and hate going around. If you live in a particularly bad area then maybe you should consider relocating to somewhere safer.

Also, if you have any family or friends that you could stay with then now would be a good time to take them up on their offer!

Always remember that there is strength in unity. If you can, try to make as many friends as possible.

The more people you have on your side, the better! At the very least, try to stay away from large crowds of angry people. They could be planning a riot or protest of some sort and you certainly don’t want to be caught in the middle of that!

As for where you should go, that’s entirely up to you. If you want to stay home and hunker down then go ahead.

You could also take a vacation to the mountains or some far away island. It’s really up to you. There are no wrong answers here.
