Workout Details
For all exercises, score the value in the far left column. This is your starting weight.
For each rep you complete, add this amount of weight to the bar, then repeat the exercise until you fail to complete a rep.
Continue increasing the weight in small increments until you can no longer complete at least one rep.
Once you fail to complete at least one rep, you’ve reached your 1RM.
Rest precisely three minutes before beginning the next exercise.
You have eight minutes to complete the workout.
TIEBREAKS: If there’s a tie between two or more players for first place, those athletes will all progress to the next round. No athlete will be eliminated by a tiebreak.

WORKOUT DESIGNER: David Wynn (@DavidKWynn)
FOR ONE REP MAX:
1. CLEAN & JERK: Three attempts at increasing weight.
2. SNATCH: Three attempts at increasing weight.
3. DEADLIFT: Two attempts at increasing weight.
