The Rock Tape Review team has been around since 2006 and they have reviewed thousands of different kinds of rock tapes. They are experts in their field and they provide unbiased reviews on each kind of tape.

Their reviews are very detailed and thorough. RT’s reviewers have tested hundreds of different kinds of rock tapes and they give them scores out of 10 based on how good or bad the product is for its intended purpose.

Rock Tape Reviews are not just limited to RT. There are other sites like Amazon and eBay where you can buy rock tapes.

What is Kinesiology Tape?

Kinesiology tape is a relatively new method for treating many types of injuries. It has been used by various elite sport teams such as the U.S. Olympic team and it is now gaining in popularity among everyday athletes and people who suffer from any sort of injury. It is a special kind of tape which is used for supporting muscles and joints and for relieving pain. Also, it helps in improving your blood flow. Some people also use it as an alternative to cosmetic purposes like slimming or shaping your body.

What is the purpose of Kinesiology Tape?

The main purpose of kinesiology tape is to relieve pain and provide support to your muscles and joints. The tape can be used anywhere on your body. It improves the blood flow and lymphatic drainage in your muscles, tendons, and ligaments and it also reduces the swelling. It also improves your flexibility and supports muscles and joints without restricting your movement. Kinesiology tape can be worn for up to a week and then it is recommended that you replace it with a fresh piece of kinesiology tape.

Kinesiology tape can be used to treat pain, swelling, inflammation, muscle tension, and a variety of other conditions. It can also be used to provide support while your muscles and joints heal from an injury.

It is important to note that kinesiology tape is not a miracle cure and it should not be used to treat serious conditions. You should consult your doctor before using kinesiology tape if you have a pre-existing medical condition or if you are currently taking any type of medication.

What is the difference between Rock Tape and Kinesiology Tape?

The main difference between rock tape and kinesiology tape is the material that they are made from. Kinesiology tape is often made from natural fibers such as cotton or wool while rock tape is made from petroleum based synthetic materials. You can use kinesiology tape for up to a week, but you must remove rock tape after 5-6 hours because it will begin to irritate your skin. Rock tape is also much less elastic than kinesiology tape and it is not capable of stretching as much as kinesiology tape.

Reasons to use Rock Tape

There are many reasons why you should use rock tape.

For one, it is highly elastic and is very easy to wrap around your joints and muscles. It is highly durable too, which means that it will be able to provide support for your joints and muscles for a long period of time.

It is also very versatile and is capable of being used for a wide variety of sporting activities including hiking, running, cross country, football, soccer and more.

Kinesiology tape is useful for injuries such as ankle sprains, Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis and it can also be used to improve the way you look when you are wearing clothes.

How to apply Rock Tape

Before you apply rock tape, you need to wash the area of your skin that is surrounding the muscles and joints that require support. Once your skin is dry, lay the rock tape out and cut it to size.

ROCKTAPE REVIEW from our website

You tape should extend at least 2 inches on either side of the area that requires support. Once you have the rock tape cut to size, remove the backing and apply the kinesiology tape to the designated area. Start by peeling off the paper part of the tape, then peel away the adhesive layer.

If you are applying the tape to your ankle, wrap it around your foot making sure that there is some tension on the tape so that it properly supports your ankle. If you are applying the tape to your knee, make sure that the top of the tape is at your kneecap and the bottom of the tape end at your heel.

Once you have applied the kinesiology tape, it is recommended that you wait at least 48 hours before performing any rigorous physical activity.

This question is about Rocktape Rock Tape Kinesiology 1.5″ x 4.1 yds – Purple

Rocktape does not have a rock tape specifically for ankles and feet. I would suggest Rocktape Kinesiology Tape (Purple) 1.5″ x 4.1 yds .

You can also try Rocktape Kinesiology Tape (Green) 1.5″ x 4.1 yds or Rocktape Kinesiology Tape (Black) 1.5″ x 4.1 yds

I’m not sure what you mean by “toes”, but if you mean the joint at the base of your big toe, then yes, you can apply kinesiology tape there.
