It’s time to take a look at both sides of the debate over which one is better. I’ll start with some background information on each type of weight training and then I’ll go into my opinion on whether it’s better to use either one or not.

Kettlebell Training – What Is It?

A kettle bell is a heavy weighted object used primarily for strength training. They’re typically made from metal, but they can also be made out of plastic or even wood. You might have seen them being used in movies like “Rocky” and other action films. However, there are many different types of kettles available today such as steel, aluminum, cast iron and ceramic ones.

Kettlebells come in two basic styles; the American style and the Russian style. The American style uses dumbbells while the Russian style uses kettle bells. The reason why these are called kettlebells instead of just weights is because they’re actually made up of several smaller pieces that fit together to make a larger object. Each piece has its own purpose and function so it makes sense that they would all be called kettle bells rather than simply weights.

The major problem with using a kettlebell is that they can be very dangerous to use if you don’t have the right training or enough experience with them. If weight training is new to you and you decide to start using kettlebells, it’s important that you take the time to learn from a professional first before trying to work out on your own.
