The Real Reason You Love CrossFit: Says Who?
Crossfitters are a very active bunch. They train their bodies with various exercises, often using resistance bands or heavy weights. These workouts may last anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours.
But why do they love doing these workouts so much? Why do they keep coming back for more? And how does this affect them physically and mentally?
It’s all because of the intense workout routine. According to some studies, it takes about 45 minutes to get a person up and moving after completing a typical workout session. That means if you’re going through your normal daily activities like driving, working, shopping, etc., then you’ve probably spent over an hour just standing around doing nothing! If you’re like most people, you don’t have many free moments during the day. So when you spend that amount of time sitting down, it doesn’t make sense to stay there for too long.

There are many reasons to do crossfit, and one of the best ones is that it’s fun. It takes a lot of discipline and hard work, but it’s also a great way to improve your fitness while enjoying yourself at the same time.
